          • 48V systems using 4 units in series (4S) → 48V314Ah

        II. Internal Structure & Components

        A lead-acid-to-lithium upgraded battery typically contains the following components:


        1. LiFePO₄ Cells (Lithium Iron Phosphate)

        Key advantages:

            • Extremely high safety (no fire, no explosion)

            • 3,000–6,000+ cycle life

            • Higher energy density; 1/3–1/5 the weight of lead-acid

            • Very stable for long-term float charging

        Cell configuration:

            • 4S (4 series) structure: 3.2V × 4 = 12.8V

            • Capacities: 100Ah / 150Ah / 200Ah / 250Ah / 300Ah / 314Ah

        Cell types:

            • Prismatic aluminum case cells

            • Cylindrical 32700 / 32135 cells

            • Large-capacity pouch cells (used by some manufacturers)


        2. BMS (Battery Management System)

        Core protections:

            • Overcharge protection

            • Over-discharge protection

            • Over-current & short-circuit protection

            • Cell balancing (improves lifespan)

            • Over-temperature protection (cutoff at 55–70°C)

            • Low-temperature charging protection (charging disabled below 0°C)

        Optional features:

            • Bluetooth APP monitoring

            • RS485 / RS232 communication

            • CAN communication (compatible with smart inverters)


        3. Battery Housing (Usually Lead-acid Standard Case)

        Advantages:

            • Same dimensions as lead-acid → direct drop-in replacement

            • ABS flame-retardant enclosure

            • Shockproof, dustproof, moisture-resistant (IP67 upgrade available)


        4. Copper Busbars / Wiring Assembly

            • Connect cells to the BMS

            • Larger capacities (250Ah–314Ah) use thicker busbars for high-current output

        Typical discharge capability:

            • Continuous: 100A–200A

            • Peak: 200A–400A (depending on BMS)
